You need a library card issued by the North Kingstown Free Library, the Willett Free Library, or the Davisville Free Library to use some of the listed resources.

Upcoming:
- Annual Book, Bake and Art Sale, Saturday, July 19, 9 am to Noon, in Saunderstown Park, opposite the Saunderstown Post Office.
Ongoing:
- Story Time for young children, Thursdays, 5 pm. Registration encouraged.
- Summer Reading Program for children in kindergarten through middle school.
- Wood fire blazing in the fireplace on Thursday evenings all winter. Marshmallows available.
- Copying and faxing services available. We are Wi-Fi enabled. TV/VCR on premises for public use.

Our flag depicts a sailing ferry built by Stillman Saunders. At his home, a "Circle for Mutual Improvement" was formed in 1885; the beginnings of this library. When the flag is flying, the WFL is open. |
Collections:
The Library has over 10,000 items for adults and children to borrow. The collection includes fiction, nonfiction, large print, magazines, audio cassettes, CD's, videos, DVD's, and a young children's picture book collection.
The WFL participates in the Ocean State Libraries system, allowing local patrons access to public library collections statewide, and giving library users throughout the state access to our collections.
