Many Thanks to Barbara & Konrad Streuli, leaders of the Annual Book, Bake & Art Sale valiant troop that made our big fundraiser on Saturday, July 17, a success. If you donated books, schlepped books, set up, organized, baked, made lemonade, watched a table, were a cashier, helped strike, or just showed up and bought some books, THANKS! Stay tuned for the next annual sale on Saturday, July 16, 2011.

• Wood fire blazing in the fireplace on Thursday evenings all winter.  Marshmallows available.
• Copying, faxing, and color laserprinting services available. Bring in your portable computer and use our free Wi-Fi.

Collections:

The Library has over 10,000 items for adults and children to borrow. The collection includes fiction, nonfiction, large print, magazines, audio cassettes, CD's, videos, DVD's, and a young children's picture book collection.

Recent additions to the collection.

The WFL participates in the Ocean State Libraries system, allowing local patrons access to public library collections statewide, and giving library users throughout the state access to our collections.

Library Flag:

Our flag depicts a sailing ferry built by Stillman Saunders. At his home, a "Circle for Mutual Improvement" was formed in 1885; the beginnings of this library. When the flag is flying, the WFL is open.
